Brad invested in ATI Business Group in 2010 and has led the commercial development for the business since joining. He continues to lead the business development for ATI and account management of our growing client list.

Brad has over 25 years’ experience working in and providing services to the travel industry, including President for Travelport’s Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East African Operations. More recently he was the President for International Markets for Blackbaud a NASDAQ listed software and services company where he was responsible for developing and leading the company’s international business strategy and new market entry. Brad also currently serves on the Board of a publicly listed travel company.

Brad is based in Sydney, Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia.

Brad Holman

As a co-founder of ATI Business Group, David has been with the company since its inception. David is the Chief Financial Officer of the company and is responsible for the overall financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, management of financial risks and financial reporting. Additionally, David leads our business IT Development operation.

David has worked in business operations in the travel and tourism industry for over 30 years. David spent seventeen years of his professional career in Vayatour, one of the largest travel agents and tour operators in Indonesia. Currently, David is also an active board member of Panconvince, an Indonesian based MICE Organizer and Intrareps, a Destination Marketing company.

David graduated with the highest ranking from Indonesia Tourism Academy in Jogjakarta and Bali Tourism Institute.

Chief Financial Officer

David Harsamto

Felix is the Chief Operating Officer of ATI Business Group and serves on its Board of Directors. He oversees all of ATI’s operations including end-to-end management of ATI service delivery of all accounts and business projects.

He drives the company’s business performance initiatives, introduces robotics process automation technologies to our clients’ businesses. Felix played a key role in ATI’s entry as an application service provider to the airline industry with the launch of fares management technology platform for Garuda Indonesia. Along with Brad Holman, Felix also caretakes the continuous development of strategic client relationships, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace. Felix joined ATI in 2010 as head of operations.

Prior to ATI, Felix spent over 19 years living overseas, primarily in the U.S., and had work experience in New York as a corporate specialist for an international law firm, and in Washington D.C. as a strategic management consultant. Felix holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University

Chief Operating Officer

Felix Hidayat

Dewi brings with her an exceptional wealth of experience and a stellar track record in the finance industry. Currently, she serves as Member of Audit Committee & Risk Oversight Committee at Superbank & Independent Commissioner at PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life, where she plays a crucial role in overseeing and evaluating the adequacy of financial reporting processes and conducting risk management oversight.

Prior to her current roles, she served as the Director of Retail & SME Business at Commonwealth Bank and held a pivotal role as Director of Citibank’s Retail Banking division. Her extensive background in these positions showcases her ability to manage complex financial operations and drive strategic initiatives.

As Director of Finance and Human Capital, she leads our finance, accounting, and human capital teams, serving as the primary point of contact for the Chief Financial Officer. Her focus is on driving organizational value through enhanced decision-making, strong financial controllership, and aligning people and operational objectives with overall financial goals.

Rustini Dewi

Vice Presidents

Joselin started her career in ATI in 2017 as a Ticketing Account Leader of Flight Centre Travel Group and she is now a VP of Client Operations who oversees multiple divisions from Fare Loading to Ticketing with clients from diverse backgrounds within the travel and aviation industry. She works closely with her team and business stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreements are met and advises on strategic business improvements for a more efficient day-to-day operation. Joselin was also instrumental in managing the performance optimization of multi-disciplinary accounts during her tenure in the Flight Centre Travel Group.

Prior to ATI, Joselin spent the start of her career working for a logistics company specializing in manufacturing overseas and she also had work experience in startup companies as an operation manager.

Joselin holds a Bachelor of Media and Communication Degree from RMIT University and a Master degree in International Relations from Melbourne University.

Joselin Poh

Rio joined ATI as Business Operations Manager in May 2024 and oversees multiple key functions, including Ticketing, Preflight, Refund, and Customer Services. His main responsibility includes collaborating closely with both the client account and his team to maintain and continuously enhance operational performance, ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and further improved.

Prior to joining ATI, Rio amassed five years of experience in the outsourcing industry through his experience working in BPOs across Malaysia and Thailand, where he gained expertise in managing operations and business processes. Additionally, he spent three years at one of the largest and fastest-growing tech companies, managing the operations of three sub-departments. Rio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Asia Pacific University, Malaysia.

Rio Tanos

Kevin is the VP of Client Operations of ATI Business Group for key clients. From 2019, he oversees all of ATI’s operations consisting of 5 accounts with multiple disciplines such as Fare Loading, Ticketing, Finance, Product Loading and Customer Services. His main responsibility is to work closely with stakeholders to deliver performance alignment and improvement in accordance with our clients service level agreements.

Kevin joined ATI in 2015 as Accounting Client Support where he spearheaded the development of the Finance and Accounting Support function for ATI and its clients. He subsequently took on the role of ATI Financial Controller in 2017. During his 2 year journey in ATI as Financial Controller, Kevin was responsible for all of the businesses financial needs ranging from financial reporting, budgeting, internal audit planning.

Prior to ATI, Kevin had work experience in Public Auditing, General Accounting, and Specialized Accounting for a number of multi-national companies. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tarumanagara University.

Kevin Anton Putra

Dian is the VP of Human Capital Operations and has been with ATI Business Group since 2012. She oversees and maintains the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee performance and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Dian has 15 years’ experience of combined expertise in human resource management, workforce planning, retention strategy, and change management. Prior to joining ATI, she previously worked in a major consumer goods company in Indonesia serving as human resources manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Dian Renata

Nisa serves as VP of Talent Management at ATI Business Group, where she leads the company’s talent strategy across talent acquisition, talent development, and organizational capability building. In this role, she drives the development of a strong talent pipeline to support business growth, enhance leadership capability, and build long-term organizational sustainability.

With more than 10 years of experience in talent management and recruitment leadership, Nisa has extensive expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, and building scalable talent frameworks aligned with business objectives. Her career spans in-house, consulting, and regional recruitment outsourcing roles across logistics, supply chain, oil & gas, technology, and IT services, supporting organizations across Southeast Asia. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, which complements her strategic approach to talent and organizational development.

Nurulhuda Annisa

Ray has served as Training Academy Manager since 2018 and is now VP of ATI Academy. As one of the key individuals who started the Training Academy, he played a leading role in its establishment and subsequent growth, and under his leadership, the training academy team has expanded significantly over the years.

His primary focus with the Academy team is to consistently support the operational team by addressing their training requirements and ensuring a continuous flow of knowledge updates, including overseeing the implementation and development of all training programs within the company, with the ultimate aim of meeting and surpassing client expectations.

With 25 years of experience in the Travel, Tourism and Aviation industry, Ray possesses a robust knowledge base in this field. His expertise contributes to the company’s success, and he remains steadfastly committed to excellence in the training and development team.

Hartono is a dynamic VP of Technology at ATI Business Group whose responsibility includes overseeing IT operations, driving optimization and developing value-added solutions for clients. By leveraging technology and fostering a culture of innovation, Hartono ensures that ATI’s tech-driven focus enable and enhance our clients’ efficiencies, success and business growth.

Hartono is accountable in ensuring reliability and security of IT systems and data, while proactively identifying opportunities to boost productivity and growth, which allows the company to stay competitive and responsive to market demands.

Prior to joining ATI, his career highlights include successful key roles in multinational technology companies such as Microsoft, and most recently in the financial services industry. Hartono holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Information Systems from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.

Hartono Karmayana

Lukas leads Business Performance and Transformation at ATI Business Group, joining in early 2026. He drives ATI’s enterprise performance agenda with a rigorous, data-driven approach to growth and scalability, while advancing process excellence, automation, and measurable improvements in productivity and service outcomes.

He brings a proven track record at the intersection of business strategy and technology, with early experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry and subsequent leadership roles driving end-to-end business growth across travel and technology companies in Asia Pacific. His expertise spans revenue acceleration, unit economics optimization, digital enablement, and scaling high-growth platforms. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from ITS and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.

Lukas Rudy Paembong

Mercy joined ATI Business Group in early 2024 as Commercial Strategy Manager, where she kickstarted the commercial team expansion to further accelerate ATI’s business growth. She is responsible for the management of client leads, developing commercial services and offerings, whilst nurturing a fruitful relationship and collaboration throughout clients’ journey.

With a Bachelors of Business Degree in International Hotel Management from Blue Mountains Hotel School, Mercy spent over 5 years in the Tourism and Hospitality industry before she continued to take her Master of Commerce degree in Information Systems, and proceeded to take roles in several Marketing and Partnerships positions in a multinational Media Agency in Sydney, an Indonesian Start Up and her own digital marketing agency based in Jakarta.

Steffia brings more than a decade of experience in travel and client operations, combining strong operational expertise with a people-first leadership approach. Since joining ATI in 2014, she has grown alongside the organization, starting as a team member and advancing into a key leadership role that has contributed to ATI’s growth and success.

As Senior Manager of Client Operations, Steffia oversees multiple client portfolios and leads diverse teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. Throughout her tenure, she has managed a wide range of projects and client partnerships encompassing end-to-end ticketing processes, travel consulting, and customer service–driven operations.

Her leadership philosophy is grounded in collaboration, adaptability, and talent development, ensuring her team grows together with the company while driving innovation and long-term value for ATI and its clients.

Steffia Winata

Q is the Senior Manager of ATI Business Group. Since joining ATI in 2017, he has progressed through several leadership roles from Associate to Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, and Manager in 2020, before being appointed Senior Manager in 2025.

Q’s journey at ATI spans key operational areas, overseeing Land Finance, Air Finance, Reconciliation, and parts of Shared Services. He focuses strongly on performance, process improvement, and operational delivery. Over the years, Q has led the finance team through the COVID-19 refund surge, initiated the 24/7 account in 2024, and most recently managed the lift-and-shift transition of the Land Finance operation.

Before joining ATI, Q worked as an External and Internal Auditor. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

Q Ismaila

Kelvin is the Client Operations Senior Manager at ATI Business Group, where he leads initiatives in client onboarding, service delivery, and customer relationship management to ensure ATI’s global clients receive seamless, high-quality operational support. Since joining ATI in April 2024, Kelvin has played a pivotal role in optimizing service delivery frameworks and strengthening partnerships through a client-centric, process-driven approach.

Before joining, Kelvin built a strong foundation in the branding and consulting industry, managing commercial and operational portfolios for multinational clients, particularly within the hospitality and corporate branding sectors. His experience collaborating with leading hotel chains and corporate brands honed his ability to align operational strategies with client objectives—cultivating the leadership that now underpin his success in driving complex client operations at ATI.

Kelvin holds a Double Degree in International Business from BINUS International (Indonesia) and Cologne Business School (Germany).
