Mind meld: ATI-ers teaching ATI-ers.

Collaboration isn’t just about working together to solve problems or overcome challenges.

In some ways, we believe by tapping into our people’s passions and interests and have them in teaching mode as volunteers to not only share the content we have, but also have their own personal twists, will make learning much more powerful. Our ATI-er to ATI-er (A2A) education program empowers ATI-ers to learn throughout their careers. This A2A program is an idea rooted within the concept of employee-to-employee education in the spirit of making learning as part of the way ATI-ers work together.

The program invites anybody in ATI to teach a class about well, just about anything—from Java programming and advanced Excel to aerobics and self-defence.

Trying to leave the world better than we found it.

Blood donation, gardening, teaching, restoring habitats. Do we really need to do these in our line of business?

These are just a few examples of activities ATI-ers participate in to give back to our local communities. To the extent that being a good citizen is being a good employee, we work hard to develop and encourage all ATI-ers to take a break from their regular jobs to participate in volunteer activities. We’ve found that community service helps to revitalize our connections with communities where we live and work, as well as bring us closer together as a team.
