Senior Team Leader for Finance Service Department

Senior Team Leader is a strategic advisor who assists their Account Leader in leading the assigned account. They will be overseeing multiple Team Leaders under their account and be accountable for the overall quality of service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and solution driven attitude
  • Assist the Account Leader in managing the overall performance of multiple teams and ensure the delivery of service that meets or exceeds the SLA
  • Proactive in gaining full understanding of the client’s business needs and challenges
  • Provide business process recommendation to clients and act as escalation point
  • Identify current and future training needs for underperforming team
  • Ensure the availability of resources/manpower as required by the clients when needed
  • Provide in-depth analysis of the team’s performance data to client and direct supervisors
  • Active participation in business performance review meetings with clients and internal management team

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess min. bachelors’ degree majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Management.
  • Substantial experience in leading a team within a global or international environment with a strong track record in project implementation
  • Working experience in the travel industry & GDS knowledge are desirable but not mandatory
  • Pleasant personality with strong leadership and management skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
