Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist who is experienced in using online channels to generate leads in the highly competitive global business process management industry.

The role

As the digital marketing executive at ATI, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.   Your mission will be to generate a consistent high volume of qualified leads to further grow the business.

  • Build and develop ATI’s digital marketing strategy, including the digital user experience, content marketing, search optimisation and email lead generation
  • Recruit and supervise the team you create to ensure marketing plans and strategies are executed to the highest standard
  • Support the development, delivery and optimisation of automation campaigns including email (acquisition, retention and nurture)
  • Work closely with the team to support optimisation of paid media activity (Adwords, SEM, Native Advertising)
  • Support website maintenance
  • Manage activity across our social media channels
  • Develop, track and manage campaigns in line with goals
  • Ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to across all campaigns
  • Design of online collateral and email campaign material


Skills, experience and qualifications 

  • Relevant degree and experience in a similar role
  • Experience with online lead generation and conversion techniques with a focus on optimising revenue and profit, not just increasing traffic
  • Experience with email automation platforms highly desirable
  • Knowledge of email marketing and customer journey best practices
  • Working knowledge of digital media including PPC/Social Media/SEM/Google Analytics/SEO
  • Experience with landing page development and web design
  • Fluency in English is essential – overseas education or international company experience highly regarded
